ok, i'm done trying and i'm tired

sometimes i cannot stop myself from wallowing in self pity but it's true that people go through rough patches in their lives, right? if so, please tell me i'm entitled to one of the rough periods or maybe i need someone to tell me to man up. i would like to push all the blame to pre-menstral syndromes or the man but then again, it's got nothing to do with it or him.

sad enough, my work in office got piled and piled. sometimes i am very convinced that mistakes are just to make you learn because without mistakes, i would never know what a failure is and where i have gone wrong. but sometimes it is not about what has gone wrong, it's about how i did not try to fix the damage or the lack of effort to want to make things ok. now i desperately needed to run away again.

as if my life isn't sad enough already, my wisdom tooth was filled with plague and the fillings on another tooth dropped out. and when i woke up this morning, i had the mother of all migraine. visited the dentist and i had completely no clue to what he was doing either. now my damaged wisdom tooth got extracted - it hurts, my head has throbbing pain, my stomach is growling and nothing good came out at two hours work today because i was given a medical certificate.

i'm home supposedly to be resting but it really sucks to be me right now :((

coming one

the man and i seriously thought about the girl's one year old present, since this day is gonna be specially and sweetly unique and would be taking up a big moment of our memory, we decided to get something which would be of a certain symbolisation - collier sweet trinity.

too good :)

like children, we never give up hope

negligence is the only right word to describe this space. it has been crazy these days, where there's so much to do at work; planning for the girl's big one; monitoring the girl's progress; teaching and discipling the girl; planning weekends outing with my loves; random friends' outings and of course, the man.

we are having a whale of our life despite being knackered half the time and complaining of the lack of sleep but there's no time to waste and i always look forward to days when the three of us can play nonstop for hours because of the girl's abundance energy, speak babylish and then wake up the next day with continued excitement. we should gather as much fun as possible when the girl's still young, that i've learnt. we shouldn't wait till her babyhood slips us by and when she places her friends as first piority then we start to want to have family fun.

overall, we had a great long weekend =) the girl's a happy girl and a proud owner of a blue baby smiley dumbo.

on a side note, with free pram rental in some shopping malls, we realise that a pram is only reasonable good enough when the tired girl is sleeping. these days, i had been putting on shoes for the cheerful little girl such that she is able to get her feet on the ground along the corridor, at the void decks, on the pavement, in the shopping malls and supermarkets. she likes to walk, she always walk with a grin :)) i think i really like physical interations, they feel so safe (:
