darling dear at core chiropractic and physical therapy clinic

darling dear was on medical leave yesterday.
he wasn't having a cold or fever but for several days, his neck, shoulder and back were aching so much that he couldn't perform his daily activies. sadly to say, this is not the first time at all. popping painkiller or muscle relaxation medication isn't an option in the long run.

early in the morning we went off to tiena at sandy lake and met up with dr micheal isenbery. he was very nice and professional. dr micheal could see that the muscle and joints on darling dear's shoulder were swollen up. thanks to him, darling dear was finally refered to core chiropractic and physical therapy clinic.

over at the core chiropractic and physical therapy clinic, the doctor managed to diagnose his problem. since his teenage days and due to working requirement, darling dear had his back muscle strained and that caused the tension at other parts. without proper treatment, the aching at his neck, shoulder and back becomes a recurring problem now and then.

darling dear will need 8 treatment sessions for a whole recovery. and i sincerely hope everything will be fine for him (:

good old-fashioned dumbo's pancake

yesterday was french toast and its pancake breakfast today!

not from macdonalds, not from cracker barrel (only except the maple syrup), neither is it from Aunt Jamima's pancake mix but from my very own dumbo dear.

my last celebration in states

yesterday was peace prairie's chinese new year celebration in maxim's restaurant. my last celebration in the states actually ):

anyway the kids were all dressed up (even yanwen's chlovelle!) and it was such a lovely sight, lol! adeline's zonia won the best dressed princess ((: there were performace brought up by darling dear's colleague and wow, airforce guys can really sing! (i still remember darling dear sang me a song on my wedding day 你的名字我的姓氏 by 张学友) ♥♥♥



the quality of food served was ermm....not fantastic. luckily darling dear and i had headed off to 小美 for a late lunch before coming for his event :P

anyway i still had a nice time snapping pictures and chit chatting with yang ping, irene, liyi and cynthia ((((:

after dinner, all of us met up in 'steak and shake' for another round of supper, lol!
