so, on the last weekday in this week, i got out of the house with liyi, irene and yangping. we were busy driving to vista ridge mall, then to grapevine. time pass fast when everyone is busy shopping!
once again we went to vs and hollister.
all were great, we enjoyed ourselves, our wallets were bleeding, our hearts were aching and our stomachs filled with popeye.
anyway,
a very strong guilt overwhelmed me at the end of the day with 2 vs seamless panties, 2 hollister tops and 1 hollister tee-shirt for darling dear ):

i need my chicken pot pie fix

the early bird catches the worm ((:
i'm totally glad that i woke up at 5am with my darling dear,at least i got my totally free (incl shipping) personalised heart-shaped mousepad from artscow.
a late christmas fruit cake finally baked
finally today is a day where i can stay at home and clear all my backlog of chores!
i ironed all the clothes, wiped all the tables and kitchen countertops, wiped the toilet and kitchen floor, vacuum, etc.
i also took out 1 hour of my precious time to bake a fruit cake. this fruit cake was supposedly to be a christmas fruit cake. a compact fruit cake full of glaced cherries, glaced pineapples, raisins, cranberries, prunes, almond and not forgetting cognac. but well, its better to be late than never!
i'm happy that my darling dear is always a fan of mrs ang's bakes!

over the weekend and yesterday,
i already spent about 200+ bucks
my wallet bled and my heart ached (they still are!)

i'm crazy over charlotte russe.
on saturday, i got myself 4 tops and 1 nightwear for just 30 bucks (:
they are mostly office wear actually. i'm preparing myself to go back to the OL life in 5 months time ):

i got myself 2 hollister tee-shirt for only 5 bucks each. of cos, not forgetting my darling dear, i got him 1 tee-shirt and 1 jeans. the jeans was only 10 bucks, and thanks to liyi for her sharp eye ((:
i'm craziest over vs annual sale.
their bras are all so sweet with lace and ribbons! and currently the bras are only $15.99 each while the panties are $2.99 each.
on saturday, i already got 8 bras for myself and yesterday, i got 3 more new pretty bras added to my lingerie collection (((:

sweet churros for breakfast
on last wednesday morning, i got a big shock and a tiny surprise.
at 7.30am in the morning, i realised that darling dear had not been home the whole night! that means i had fallen asleep while waiting for him the previous night ):

茶禮王 (on the way to BX)
whenever darling and i head for BX, we will stop by 茶禮王 in arlington for a meal. yesterday was no different, except that we had companies from garry and irene. this taiwanese cafe serves inexpensive food and every entree comes with a complimentary 波霸奶茶 (various flavours). darling dear used to always order their 控肉飯 ($4.99), however yesterday he decided to try something new, 鹽酥雞湯麵. as their serving is quite big, darling and i shared 1 entree. garry and irene ordered the 控肉炒麵 and 鐵板鹽酥雞飯 respectively. all in all, we had great food in a cosy nice environment (:

one of the interesting thing i bought was a silicon cupcake mould. it was half priced at books-a-million (original $10). immediately irene and i grabbed one each. finally a cupcake mould added to my baking collection ((((:
