last birthday celebration in states

i'm really happy that darling dear had spent a greaaat 31st. he had his mont blanc limited edition wallet. he had his 18 holes of satisfying golf session, with me driving the buggy. he had a homecooked 5 courses birthday dinner. however its the last birthday celebration in usa before we leave for singapore in may :((((

anyway for now we will just savour the city and the moment that we am in. i'm loving it here and I wouldn't exchange it for anything else. for once i can admit that i am loving my life as it is.

lone star park

so, for 17 april 2010, we dressed up in angel-to-yc present (ralph lauren rugby collection personalised polo tee) and make a trip out to lone star park - horse racing track located in Grand Prairie, Texas.
unlike singapore, this place is open to everyone of all ages. the concept of horse-cheering is not foreign to the locals. its really nice to see kids cheering of horses they like, extremely :))

we reminded each other to be more careful about our selection of horses. we took out a $5 note to start the ball rolling. and in the end, we walked out proudly with $12.30 in our pocket, followed by a dinner in japan house :)))))

p/s: we found another superb fast food restaurant selling only chicken, raising cane's. its really yummy and yummy!
